Actijoy Introduces a New Health and Fitness Solution For Dogs at CES2017
Actijoy, a new, international pet product developer and innovator with a commitment to giving pets a healthier life worldwide, this month unveiled a fitness solution specifically for dogs at CES2017. Pet obesity continues to increase in popularity among household pets today. According to the latest researches, over 53% of dogs in the US and 45% in the UK are overweight or even obese. That’s why Actijoy created the first system on the market, which combines an activity tracker with the WiFi bowl. An Actijoy system has three parts to promote a healthy bond and an active lifestyle with furry friends: a health and activity tracker, a WiFi enabled water and food bowl, and a companion iOS and Android Mobile App. The on-collar device monitors the activity, rest and all the activity types and levels the dog was engaged in. It is fully waterproof and equipped with built-in safety lights for evening walks. It also connects to human trackers like Fitbit and makes walks more enjoyable thanks to interactive challenges.
Actijoy Food and Water WiFi Bowl monitors all food and water intake, water freshness and informs pet parents about all abnormalities for avoiding possible health problems. If the dog drinks less or more than usual, it can indicate some health problem. Therefore, using the bowl is not only about showing how fast the pet ate his or her food but moreover, it is about monitoring the amount and abnormalities and dosing the right food amount with respect to activity level as well. And as the bowl is connected to the weather forecast, it alerts the pet parents ahead to fill up the bowl with more water.
The innovative bowl is multi-dog friendly and recognizes which dog is using it. To track all of the information and data, Actijoy pairs with an Android or iOS App. Users can check their four-legged buddy activity, see all abnormalities and track his or her food and water intake. The first part of the Actijoy App is now available on App Store and Google Play with no monthly fees.
